It was a different kind of trip. The late spring was even later up on Strawberry. Scheduling was a little off as well. We were a little earlier than usual. Scott couldn’t get up there until Thursday afternoon and I had to leave Friday morning. That meant that there wasn’t a time where we all fished together. Even though it was chilly and rainy for the bulk of the time, we still managed to have a good time. We did some fishing, cut up and stacked a couple of fallen trees and went on a wild morel mushroom hunting adventure. Of course excellent conversation was a common thread throughout. The unusual nature of the trip left the notion of the Hatfish in an ambiguous state. As far as I’m concerned, this was it. Great job Doc and congratulations on finally getting a smart phone.
